  • Blood pressure monitoring: Enter the blood pressure monitoring menu, at the back of the watch must be placed on the skin of the arm, click start,
    the watch will automatically measure the blood pressure value.
  • Physical Training: Enter the fitness training menu, there are a total of 11 modes to choose from 1, running 2, skipping 3, sit-up 4, table tennis 5, basketball 6, badminton 7, mountain climbing 8, riding 9, tennis 10, walking 11, Volleyball, you can choose any sport to start, record the current exercise time and calorie data.
  • Bluetooth music: After connecting the Bluetooth of the mobile phone, enter the Bluetooth music, and click to control the music playback on the Bluetooth device.
    Notice Display information synchronized from the mobile phone, such as QQ, WeChat, SMS, time, Twitter, Facebook, etc.
  • Sleep detection: The watch wears the hand to sleep and automatically enters the sleep monitoring mode; automatically detects the length of your deep/light sleep all night and calculates your sleep quality; the APP can view the sleep data details.
    Note: Sleep data detects sleep from 9 pm
  •  Delivery & Return

    1) THE CUSTOMER RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT:

    โ€ข If a wrong product is delivered to the customer, Mobile Geeks Pakistan will arrange free pickup and shipping from the customer. โ€ข Once the wrong product is received by us, we will dispatch the right product or refund the amount within 3 working days as per the customerโ€™s request. โ€ข The product should be unused and the packaging should not be damaged. โ€ข The product should be sealed in its original product packaging. โ€ข All supporting documentation such as invoice of purchase, price tags, labels, and warranty card as well as all accessories should be dispatched with the product which were included at the time of delivery.

    2) THE CUSTOMER DOES NOT LIKE THE PRODUCT OR WANTS TO CANCEL

    โ€ข If the customer has a change of mind on his order he/she can apply for a refund within 3 days of delivery and without opening the product packaging. โ€ข If the product packaging has been opened, or damaged or the product is found to be in a used condition return/refund will not be applicable. โ€ข In case of a change of mind return shipping fee will be paid by the customer himself/herself.

    3) THE CUSTOMER RECEIVED DAMAGED PRODUCT:

    โ€ข Customers may claim a refund if they receive damaged goods however they must provide video proof of this. โ€ข Customers are advised to make a video while unwrapping and unboxing their product from delivery packaging. This video will be used as a proof that the customer received damaged goods. โ€ข In the case of high-end products: Product Performance related issues, refund, replacement, and repair services will be decided and given by our Aftersales department. โ€ข If video proof is not provided or video is made after the product has been unboxed then the customer will not be entitled to a refund. โ€ข Refund / Return / Change of product purchased from Mobile Geeks Pakistan be only catered by mobilegeeks.pk team, not at any other authorized store.

    4) Related Product Claimed from their Respective Brands

    Any Authorized company-related products can claim directly from company customer centers, not from mobilegeeks.pk , e.x Ronin, Space, Audionic, etc China Products do not have a warranty, only a 1-day check warranty. in case of any problem, the product must be clean and unused condition. further we can try to repair it, but the customer needs to bear courier chargers.
