At a glance
Why families like the M22 game stick
Two players, straight out of the box
Both controllers are in the box, so a brother and sister, or a parent and child, can play the same game side by side. Fighting games and racers are the most fun this way.
The games you grew up with
Tekken, The King of Fighters, Street Fighter, Mario Kart 64, Super Smash Bros., Final Fight and other old Capcom beat-’em-ups. Scroll down for the full list we found in the menu.
Small enough to put away
The stick is about the size of a USB drive. When the game night is over, it goes in a drawer with the controllers.
Less phone time, more time together
Most evenings everyone is on their own screen. Put a game on the TV and something changes: people cheer, argue over a close race and ask for “just one more round.” The M22 game stick is a simple way to get the family playing together again.
Set up in 3 steps
- Plug the M22 game stick into your TV’s HDMI port. If the port is hard to reach, use the HDMI extension cable from the box.
- Connect the USB power cable and switch on both controllers.
- Pick the right HDMI input on your TV, choose a game from the menu and start playing.

Questions people ask
Before you buy
What exactly is the M22 game stick?
It’s a small white game stick that plugs into your TV’s HDMI port. It comes with two wireless controllers and a menu full of classic games from older consoles and arcades. Plug it in, pick a game, play.
Will it work with my TV?
Any TV, monitor or projector with an HDMI port will do. It also needs USB power, either from the TV’s USB port or a phone charger.
Is this a PS5 or Xbox?
No. The controllers look similar, but the M22 game stick plays retro games, not new PlayStation or Xbox titles.
Is it 4K?
No. The box says 1080p, and that’s how we describe it. Retro games were made for older TVs, so they’ll look like the classics they are, not like modern 4K games.
How much storage does it have, and are batteries included?
It comes with a 64GB memory card, already loaded with games. Controller batteries are not included, so keep a set handy.
Games and controllers
Is Tekken on it?
Yes. We spotted Tekken 2 and Tekken 3 in the PlayStation menu and Tekken 6 in the PSP menu. If you’re buying it for one particular game, message us first and we’ll test it on a unit in stock.
What about God of War and GTA?
God of War: Ghost of Sparta and GTA: Vice City Stories are both in the PSP menu. Heavier PSP games can run less smoothly than older ones, so ask us for a quick check if they matter to you.
Can two people play at the same time?
Yes, in games that support two players. Fighting games and racers usually do. Some single-player games only use one controller.
Are there really 30,000 games?
That’s the number on the box. Honestly, the list includes repeats and different regional versions of the same games, so the number of different games is lower. The list on this page shows the games we actually found in the menus.
Does it need the internet?
No. The games are already on the stick, so you can play offline.
Setup and help
How do I set it up?
Plug the stick into your TV’s HDMI port (use the extension cable if space is tight), connect USB power, switch on the controllers and choose the right HDMI input on your TV. The game menu comes up and you’re ready.
How do I find a game quickly?
Use the Search option in the menu, or save your regulars to Favorites so they’re one click away.
No picture on the TV?
Check that the TV is on the right HDMI input, the stick is pushed in fully and it has power. Still stuck? Send us a photo of your connections on WhatsApp and we’ll help.
A controller isn’t responding?
Check it’s switched on and has power, then restart the stick. If it still won’t connect, message us and we’ll walk you through it.
