Specifications

Battery Life and Charging

The cell inside is 20000mAh at 3.7V. The rated capacity at the 5V output is 12000mAh, because some energy is used when the voltage is raised and as heat. How many full charges you get depends on your phone’s battery size. To recharge the power bank, use a Type-C cable (up to 9V 2A or 12V 1.5A) or a Micro USB cable (up to 9V 2A or 12V 1.5A).

Please note: fast charging works when you charge one device. When you use the USB and Type-C ports together, the total output drops to 5V 3A, so each device charges more slowly.
