WhatsApp Chats
When you contact Mobile Geeks through WhatsApp, we receive your phone number, messages and any details or attachments you choose to share. These may include your name, delivery address, order information and payment screenshots.
We use this information to answer questions, confirm orders, coordinate deliveries and resolve payment or product issues. Relevant conversations may be retained as customer service records. WhatsApp also handles information under its own privacy policy.
Please avoid sending passwords, PINs, one-time passwords (OTPs) or unrelated personal documents in chat.
JazzCash and Easypaisa Payments
If you pay through JazzCash or Easypaisa, we may receive payment details such as your name, mobile or account number, transaction reference, amount and payment confirmation.
We use these details to verify payment, match it to your order, maintain transaction records and resolve payment or refund queries. JazzCash and Easypaisa process payments under their own terms and privacy policies.
Mobile Geeks does not need your wallet PIN, password or OTP to confirm a payment. If you send a payment screenshot, please hide any information that is unrelated to the transaction.
Sharing Information with Leopards and PostEx
To deliver your order, we share the necessary shipment details with our courier partners, including Leopards Courier and PostEx. These may include your name, phone number, delivery address, parcel details, order reference and any cash-on-delivery amount.
Our courier partners use this information to arrange delivery, contact you, collect payment where applicable and manage tracking, returns or delivery disputes. They handle the information they receive under their own policies and applicable legal requirements.
Pakistani Law and PECA
Mobile Geeks is committed to meeting its applicable obligations under Pakistani law, including the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act, 2016 (PECA), as amended.
Where legally required, we may preserve or disclose relevant order, payment, communication or website records in response to a valid legal request, court order or authorised investigation. We will assess the request and limit disclosure to the information required by law.
